Dear Mr. Kabayan

     In connection with advertising that you offer in the newspapers, I want to rent your built for a birthday party that will be held on December 7, 2016 in the halls of Balai Kita.

     This event will be held on December 7, 2016 and will invite about 250 people. Since I do not know much about the facilities provided by this building so happy if you inform the facilities and services available in the building. I need some microphone, system sounds and a rectangular table.

     For facilities in the food and beverage menu, I actually want to cooking theme is western food as most of the guests in attendance were children and most teenagers trend like western food. I want to drink menu are soda, mineral water and orange juice.

     For the total cost, I want details separated from list building rent and food to be more easily counted by me. One more if I could order a birthday cake too. I feel happy if this building can provide facilities and services that I want.

     Thank you for your attention, I hope we can meet in person to discuss the leasing of the building. And i hope i cant to rent your building.

Confirming Service Letter

Dear Mrs. Triana

     Thank you for having sent a letter to me as the CEO Balai Kita. For rental our building of Party Building Centres We agreed to your request.

     We agree, if you want to rent the building on the date you have specified. Capacity building was only enough for 200 people. This building presents several rooms, there is a big room and there is also a small room. The small room is only enough for 100 people, while the rooms were big enough only for 150 to 200 people. We also can provide a microphone, system sounds and rectangular table. If needed the table we also provide mothers.

     For food and beverage services, you can visit our building to see the themes of diet you want. We provide a service western food but the menu was pretty much western food. I feel senanag if you want to visit our building to select the menu again whatever food we want to serve.

     For the total cost, should we talk about just so obvious. Because we have our new building, we will give you a discount. Thank you for your willingness to hire our building
